Project Fluid

Project Fluid is a luxury new construction custom home designed for a family in Keller, TX. The homeowner builds luxury pools across Dallas, and when it came to his own home, the expectation was simple, to achieve the same standard he delivers for his clients.

The design draws from the family's love of resort-style living and their travels to Mexico, resulting in a home that balances warmth with sophistication. Plaster walls and detailed ceilings run throughout the main living spaces. The primary bathroom opens through floor-to-ceiling glass sliders to a private outdoor cold plunge and hot tub. A moody home bar features custom millwork and dramatic stone countertops. The backyard is anchored by a sculptural tree sourced from Mexico and an outdoor dining space designed to feel like a private resort.
