For this new construction project built by Perry Homes in Cross Creek Ranch, we first helped our client select their finishes at the Perry Homes Design Center. Once their home was built, we provided a functional space plan for the main living areas and upstairs bedrooms.

The design intent for the Sienna HomeFinder Center was to create a welcoming and functional space that encouraged potential homebuyers to explore the Sienna community. We achieved this through creative space planning, furniture selections, and unique displays of lifestyle artwork.

The design intent for this multi-family leasing clubhouse was to create a welcoming and refined interior that reflects today’s current resident who values their surroundings, and the ability to connect with their community.

For this project, our client requested an updated master bathroom and game room that was centered around function. In the bathroom, we removed the unused garden tub and existing closet walls.
